Wait, who's this Vilfredo? Well, you see, more than a century ago, Mr. Pareto came up with his universally applicable principle that states 20% of the effort will deliver 80% of the results.

Now, fast forward a hundred years to when some smart people applied Pareto's ideas to software development. They called it the 2080 software development methodology; a post-agile approach. At Subvert, we choose 2080 over other agile methodologies because:

• The completion date is defined at the onset, so rather than iterating endlessly, we finish projects on time and at a lower cost
• Milestones are defined up-front using five iterations, which keeps clients informed and in the loop
