To comply with the public consultation process and gather, then share input on the Peel Watershed Regional Land Use Plan.

Our solution

In just over a month we created peelconsultation.ca, a site where anybody can come to offer ideas and send feedback while also being able to read and respond to others' opinions.

Subvert gave staff the ability to track the geographical location of each person's response, along with editing tools to handle both comments and documents. At the end of the process, we exported and delivered the requisite charts and reports.

The icing on the cake is that our framework is cost-effective and flexible enough to be re-used for future consultations.
